The heart and soul of any practice is it's staff. Nowhere is that more apparent than H3 Therapy! We have been fortunate enough to have selected a truly dedicated group of individuals based on their educational and personal experience that makes them exceptionally qualified. Each of our paraprofessional therapists are certified as Registered Behavioral Technicians and five are working towards earning their board certification credentials.
  • Stacy Wilcox, MA, BCBA, LBA

    Originally from Colorado, Stacy moved to the Clarksville area after spending 8 years overseas.  In January 2010, she began working as a behavioral tutor providing in-home ABA therapy services to Tricare beneficiaries under the supervision of a BCBA.   She received her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in December 2011 and has been a board certified behavior analyst since January 2012.  While working on her graduate studies, Stacy took special interest in early intervention, cultural influences on autism treatment, and the effects of military lifestyle on special needs children.  Stacy incorporates her 15 years experience as a military spouse to provide her clients with the best evidence based practices while considering the unique challenges facing military families.  In her free time, Stacy enjoys Nashville Predators hockey, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three kids.
  • Alina Thompson, MS, BCBA

    Alina is originally from Romania but her love for adventure drove her to join the US Army, where she worked as an Air Traffic Controller for 3 years. She relocated to Clarksville, TN in 2002 from where she studied to obtain a BS in Psychology from University of Maryland in 2004. Her follow on studies garnered a MS in Counseling Psychology from Capella University in 2010 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Kaplan University in 2012. Alina has worked as a case manager for a mental health agency and a mobile crisis specialist as part of the Crisis Intervention Team, but found her calling working with children. After starting with H3 Therapy as a Behavioral Technician in 2012, she earned her BCBA certification in June 2014 and has provided services to clients ranging in age of 2 to 17 years of age with varying degrees of abilities. The best part of her job is seeing each child grow and blossom. In her spare time Alina loves to read, listen to music, play word games and travel with her husband and four children.
  • Mihaela Schwartz, MS, MEd, BCBA

    Mihaela is originally from Europe. She has lived in three different countries and speaks four languages. She now calls Clarksville home. Mihaela has earned a BS in Psychology from the University of Maryland in 1991, MS in Public Service Management from Cumberland University in 2000, and a Masters in Education from Cumberland University in August 2015.  Additionally Mihaela completed her postgraduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Kaplan University in February 2016 and attained Board Certification in May of 2016.  Although her passion to help people first led her into law enforcement, she found that working in the field of education, and being proactive was a more meaningful way to help, particularly children. She is very excited to be a part of the H3 Therapy Team and looks forward to making a positive impact in our client's lives!
  • Brandi Stallons, MA, BCBA

    Brandi was raised in Tulsa, OK and later relocated with her family to the Hopkinsville area. Brandi graduated with a B.S. degree in Psychology from Murray State University and her M.A. degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in May 2016. Brandi received her Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential in February 2017. During her undergraduate studies, Brandi enjoyed applying psychological principles to every day life. Prior to joining H3, Brandi worked as a mental health technician at an inpatient facility, working with adults and adolescents doing psychosocial group therapy. While gaining experience in this field, she found a passion for working with children. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, spending time with friends and family, learning, photography, and engaging in community involvement.
  • Bridget Stokes BS, RBT

    Bridget is originally from Pembroke, KY but now calls Fairview, KY home. Bridget graduated from Austin Peay State University in May 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Special Education and plans to complete the requirements to sit for national certification in the ABA field. Prior to joining H3 Therapy, Bridget worked as a substitute teacher for the Christian County Public Schools. Bridget found that working in the ABA field allows her to utilize her formal education to fulfill her passion for helping individuals with special needs. Bridget is a firm believer that individuals with special needs should be viewed as an individual first and strives to help her clients reach their full potential. In her free time, Bridget enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, riding horses, and playing with their three dogs.
  • Fawn Riener, MA, RBT

    Fawn has gained 7 years experience providing ABA therapy services to military dependents in the Clarksville/Fort Campbell area. Like the families we serve, Fawn was raised the quintessential military “brat” eventually settling in Clarksville after completing college at Austin Peay State University. Fawn receive her Bachelors in Social Work from APSU in 2009 and her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in July 2016. While in college, Fawn participated in numerous volunteer organizations that assisted the local Clarksville community and completed her required internship at Lincoln Elementary school on Fort Campbell. Fawn is dedicated to her work and the families she works with. Like nearly all our H3T staff, Fawn is currently working towards to meeting the requirements for national certification as a behavior analyst. When Fawn isn’t working or studying, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and their puppies, cross stitching, playing video games and shopping.
  • Layaranda Rawlins, MA, RBT

    Layaranda is a Tennessee native. Layaranda graduated from Austin Peay state University in May 2011 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Social Work. Additionally, Layaranda completed her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in December 2016. Layaranda plans to earn her BCBA certification after completing her degree. Layaranda has 9 years of experience working with special needs individuals. Prior to joining H3 Therapy, Layaranda worked for the Clarksville Montgomery County School System as an Educational Assistant in the Comprehensive Development Classroom. In her free time, Layaranda enjoys crafting, spending time with her family, keeping fit, and cooking.
  • Michael DeAngelis, MS, RBT

    Michael was raised in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. He has returned to Hopkinsville after receiving his B.A. in Psychology from Murray State University in 2011 and his M. Ed. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville in 2014. In January 2017, he completed his post-graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior to joining H3, Michael worked as a student intern in a community mental health facility in Radcliff, KY, providing outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. He has also worked for a private agency in Louisville, KY, providing in-home therapy to children with behavioral and developmental disorders. He plans to pursue BCBA certification while working for H3. In his free time, Michael enjoys playing guitar and drums, basketball, weightlifting, video games, and spending time with friends and family.

    Mary Beth is originally from Hopkinsville, KY and graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelors of Social Work in 2015. Prior to joining H3 Therapy, Marybeth worked at an in-patient psychiatric hospital with adults and adolescents and has devoted numerous volunteer hours working with children with the Christian County School District. Mary Beth completed a Masters program in Psychology from Capella University in March of 2017 with plans to obtain national certification as a behavior analyst. Mary Beth’s favorite things about her job are seeing the daily impact with her clients, and celebrating the smallest victories with her clients and their families. Mary Beth believes that as much as she tries to teach her clients, they teach her much more. In her free time, Mary Beth enjoys golfing, vacationing near water, reading and spending time with family and friends.
  • Kayla White, BS, RBT

    A Lafayette, TN native, Kayla joins the H3 Therapy team with a personal and professional experience with individuals on the spectrum. She is a 2016 graduate from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelors in Science in Special Education. While working as an undergraduate student, Kayla worked as job coach in Clarksville which sparked a love for working with individuals one-on-one outside of the classroom. She also worked as a mental health technician placed in a residential program with adults with developmental/intellectual delays who were dual diagnosed with behavioral and/or psychiatric disorders. Kayla will begin studying for her Masters in Psychology in March 2017 from Capella University with the goal of sitting for national credentials in Applied Behavior Analysis. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, reading, and spending time with her husband and pets.
  • Jesse Wilcox
    Managing Partner / Owner

    Jesse hails from Colorado. He enlisted in the US Air Force in 1997 where he served as a meteorologist. The family has been assigned to locations on the Gulf Coast, two bases in the Southwest, an Army post in Korea and two locations in the Pacific before finally arriving at Clarksville, TN and Fort Campbell in 2009 where they would finally settle. He performed his duties as his unit's Operations NCOIC for the Weather Detachment at FTCKY. Just after his 15th year of service, one-third of which was spent with the Army, he received a medical retirement and in January of 2013 retired at the rank of Technical Sergeant. Jesse is passionate about advocating for the rights of special needs children and ensuring their access to the same educational opportunities of their neuro-typical peers. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hunting, barbecuing, boating, and Nashville Predators hockey. Jesse looks forward to growing H3 Therapy into the "go-to" ABA provider in the Fort Campbell, Clarksville, and Hopkinsville areas. GO PREDS!!!
